Is there a tutorial anywhere to adding Photo Gallery to Visual Site Designer that anyone knows of? I think I have it successfully added to a VSD project but have remaining questions like how do I center it on the screen (Gallery) where I don't have the top left window from VSD to deal with, etc. Attached is the screen shots.
When adding any CoffeeCup Flash project to Visual Site Designer, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Create and save your project within its application — Form Builder/Photo Gallery/Juke Box/Video Player etc..
2. Switch to Visual Site Designer.
3. Open the page where you want the Flash to appear.
4. Click the Add Flash Tool located in the left hand toolbar (the yellow lightning bolt icon) and click on your page where you want the Flash object to display. This opens a window that allows you to browse for the XML file saved from our other software.
5. When you have found the file, select it and click Open.
Tada! You have now added this to your page. Now you can preview the page to view your Flash object on the website. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Scott - I *think* I followed the steps to a successful conclusion however, the gallery wasn't centered and as I dragged & dropped toward center, there remained the big white box in the upper left corner where the gallery initially resided. So I can drag and drop but how do I center for a final product on any given monitor and what do I do about the white space at the top left of the screen? As I mentioned, I changed the background color from white and that worked okay except for that top left portion of the screen where gallery had originally been.
It's kind of like, the white space in the attachment (at the top left of the screen where gallery showed up) is a container and that entire gallery 'container' needs to be moved and centered somehow.
Chris, can you post a link to the page you're putting the gallery on?
Is the page in VSD centered (before you add the Gallery)? Under Page Settings, make sure that option is checked. Your page will be centered no matter the browser.
If you go to View > Add vertical guide, the guideline will be at the center of the page. Nudge* your Gallery so the top/bottom "handles" are on the guideline. Do the same thing with a horizontal guide (lining up the side handles. Now your Gallery is centered on the page.
*Drag and drop with your mouse or use the arrow keys to move it a pixel at a time.
Also, set your background color before you add the gallery.

Also male sure your HTML box is the same size as your photo gallery.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Here's a project. Your pointer on checking the page setting box for centering helped a lot. Thanks I'll experiment with the vertical & horizontal guides too. Thanks for helping me get started with this.
As you look at the project below, it's pretty well centered vertically but not horizontally, how would I bump it down horizontally if I wanted to center it on the page?

Say again transmission, over... Not sure I understood that one.
The VSD box that the Gallery .xml file fits into ???

Would that be the white space (white box) in VSD that the inserted .xml file goes into?
That would be the HTML placeholder box you see within VSD. Click to highlight it then click on Object Properties. You'll see the box dimensions there. Also you'll see "Edit HTML".
Click on that to look at the gallery code and find your dimensions. Go back to the dimensions shown under Object Properties and change those to match your gallery height/width.
As I said above, add a horizontal guide, it will appear at half-way down your page. Click on your box then use the down arrow key to position it with the side handles over the guide. By using the arrow key instead of your mouse, you won't accidentally shift it off center.
That's some boat! Is it real?
