Absolute Positioning issue
Your VSD uses absolute positioning for some reason, and there's no way to fix this without going into the HTML editor and completely garbling the resulting site. As a result, I looked like a fool when I went into a client's office with a website designed on a laptop that did not sync with the background at all on their wide screen computer monitors. Now they have to wait while I redesign the entire site. I'll be using adobe until you get this quirk fixed.
Perhaps you should be using the CC HTML Editor and not the VSD.
Gregory, could you upload that site and let us have a look? We may be able to help out so that you don't have to redesign it all.
I agree with Janys that the HTML Editor is a better tool, but you shouldn't have any position issues with VSD either. Elements are only positioned absolute inside their containing element, so if such an element is moved, the elements inside will move accordingly.
What VSD does NOT do is creating liquid designs with flexible widths that expand along with a larger screen.

Gregory-
You may need to set a page width from the Page Properties box on every page or set it to have every page a specific size from the start. Text will over-run shape boxes in FireFox I've noted, and a way around this is to use Advanced Text (within a shape) for as much of the text as possible. Pictures and shapes should not change sizes no matter what screen size you use. I edit my sites on a 19" wide screen, and viewing them on a 15" or 17" monitor does not affect any shape or picture.

But make sure not to embed the whole text on your site in shapes (advanced text). If the site only has pictures with text in them, search engines will have a hard time.
