It sounds like you either did not install the registered program after you downloaded it, or you installed it while the trial program was running. In either case, follow the directions below to install the registered version of the software.

Uninstall the program you currently have installed on your computer. Sign into the Care Center and click on the Download or Recover Software link. On the next page, click on the Download Now link to the right of the program name. This will prompt you to save the install file to your computer. (The file will have an 'R' on the end of the file name, which designates it as Registered.) Once the file is on your computer, double-click it and install.
