If you upload your site via an IP address, the DNS may not have propagated to your domain name yet, so you won't be able to view your website in a browser. It can take a few days before this works.
Make sure you have uploaded your files to the correct folder on your server. Some hosting providers require you to upload your files to a specific folder, such as public_html, web, www, or webroot. If you are unsure of which folder you should upload your files to, contact your hosting provider.
Make sure you have an index page. The front page of your Website should be called index.html or index.htm.
