Using Your S-Drive Form with Third Party Website.

With the release of Safari 14, the browser now has a full block of 3rd party cookies. Due to this, both your web form and the website where it is embedded need to share the same root domain. For example, if your site is www.mycoolsite.com, the form should be either on that www.mycoolsite.com or on a subdomain like forms.mycoolsite.com.

To use S-Drive for your web forms for a third party domain follow these steps:

  1. From your S-Drive dashboard, go to https://www.coffeecup.com/domains/ or click Settings > Manage Domains. You will need to add an A Record for your main domain DNS Settings. Enter the IP address 66.223.62.9 address so the forms.mycoolsite.com points to S-Drive. If your domain is not registered with CoffeeCup, this step needs to be done within your registrar DNS panel.
  2. Add a new Domain Alias to point to your forms URL. This way we connect the forms.mycoolsite.com with one of your CoffeeCup S-Drive Addresses.
  3. Configure your S-Drive Forms to use the forms domain. Ensure that your forms uses the proper domain forms.mycoolsite.com
  4. Publish the form to that new forms.coolsite.com and update the embedded code into your www.coolsite.com website.
