Bio: I am not a trial user, because I bought from the begining a license of the shopping cart 3 with Paypal+Google checkout+3 templates, so I'm a user.
And I need your support asap on four topics:
- 1st, I receive your promotional emails on regular basis and accepted to acquire shopping cart 3 above with the promotion, check it on your purchaging page, but found my card charged by the full amount without discount !,
- 2nd, I need you to resolve the issue on the cart which is not calculating the quantity of each item - please go to http://wb3.cibersur.pt, and make a test with the existing items, them on the cart change quantity from one unity to several, and you will see that it does not assume the new quantity neither recalculate the total amount,
- 3rd, I need to know where our clients will see that we offer them to pay by PayPal, or Google checkout; I have configured Paypal, activated it on the cart configuration with account and password but it does not shows up, and
- 4th, I need to know how I will be alerted for an actual order made and payed, and where can I find the details of the order.
