I have been trying to get information from you regarding my Coffee Cup software that I bought when I had my old email address. I haven't heard from you.
Please email me so I have an email I can respond to you that I might get a message with some help.
I own the Visual Site Designer and wanted to change my email on my website that I created using that software. I can't open the software. I would like to either download a new version, buy a new one or get your advice on what I should do.
Your site complained that it can't get new promotions and stuff through to me because something is blocking my email....but I haven't been able to communicate to you that my email address has been changed.
Please contact me so I can work this through.
