Bio: Roy started his first business 37 years ago and, after working in the retail, wholesale and
financial service sectors, was enticed into the eCommerce and Internet industry in the early
1990's witnessing the dot-com boom adrenalin rush first hand.
His focus has always been Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and he
uses that to help businesses generate revenue and profit through both traditional and online
methods.
