My Card Was Declined, but I See Charges from You on My Account. Did My Order Process Successfully?

The charge you see on your account is a pre-authorized hold. Since our system has declined your card, the transaction will not post. The hold will drop off from your account according to your credit card or bank policy. Please contact your card issuer to find out when this hold will be released.
