Multiple questions on same thread- a bit confusing -

Liz - when you design your chat(assuming a public chat) upload all the files to the same directory as you set it up for using the wizard - example: mysite.com/chat, you would upload all the files to public_html/what ever directory mysite.com is in on your server/chat.

To log in to the chat, go to mysite.com/chat

The option to log in with the software is for 1 on 1 customer service chat.

Currently, unless you're doing a customer service chat(1 on 1), there are no admin controls on the chat application.

Hope that helps clear things up some :)

lol, the question was aged to perfection? I don't create them, just answer them when they show-- no harm no foul; another good reason to allow post deletes-- anyways , maybe someone else will be helped by the info-- :)

Awe, and here I thought maybe you were going to say you were in Warp Drive and it affected the timing of your post. You know as in it took this long for the post to show :lol::lol:

@Sasan Heydari, this should be posted in the Visual Site Designer forum
http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/designer/

Instructions to upload a Visual Site Designer Web Site:
After you are done building or working on the site,, "save" it,
Then click the "upload" button at the top right,,
When that screen opens, enter your FTP information,,
Then use the "test" button, if it's all good,,
Then it should upload for you.

This page has video tutorials about using the VSD program
http://www.coffeecup.com/designer/help/tutorials/
There is a video about the FTP setup there to.. They are all good to watch
