Simply Amazing! I know its been said before but I will say it again, Coffeecup is outstanding!

I have been dealing with Prestashop and Canada Post now for about three weeks to get an answer to a couple of very simple questions and have been getting the run around. There is hardly anyone on the market today that has the level of customer support these guys have.

Can you imagine emailing or posting in the Prestashop "user" forums and having the VP of Software Development announcing an update because of an issue one of its clients were having within the same couple of days? I say "pfffffttt!", I know fancy word but I got to tell you most software companies don't give a hoot once they got your money.

Kudos to you and your staff Scott you guys never cease to amaze me.

Less then 12 hours! You guys are good.

I promise you one thing Chris that you will not be disappointed. CC products are top notch and cutting edge! And this user forum is invaluable. There are a lot of great people in (users of the software just link you and I) here that love to help.

I don't have to even mention the personal support you get from the CC team when you submit a support ticket. I have not found any better out there in the market to this date.
