My question, before I buy the software, concerns the fact that our website managers change semester to semester. Is the license to this program transferrable? or will each new developer have to purchase an additional copy? This is my first time at this, any help would be appreciated

We do not allow the transfer of a license more then once, so what I would suggest is you provide your account details with each new developer so they can access the software.
