CSS Question: Margins without Borders...

Not that I can find. It's a mystery to me. It has happened on other sites too. I have Firebug installed on Firefox which normally makes finding CSS mysteries easy. It hasn't helped with this one.

This is probably your culprit here in the main.css file:

a.link-image-4-3.header_image {
margin: 10px auto;
max-width: 960px;
}

Check your RLM file and see if that was in the original setting or not, most likely it's there and can be removed and reexported so you can use the new CSS file without losing all the rest or having to redo the whole site/page etc.
