checkboxes and form layout - Post ID...

My site being constructed is for a drama group
I need to have a large number of checkboxes (200 say) adjacent to each other (no gaps) to represent the seating layout
of the theatre; with the form showing an aisle twixt 100 and the other 100.(Obviously in rows)
This is for the box office page.
No wording adjacent to the seats is necessary
Applicants for tickets would merely check the boxes, then a submit button to go on to buy tickets
The forms designer(although excellent) does not seem to allow for this type of layout or am I missing something?
I am thinking of an hidden two dimensional array. to number the boxes
When checked the array would then show the relevant seat/s number on the ticket that the submit button would produce
Any help would be appreciated
Fred

You'll need to alter your forms checkbox styling to accomplish this. I would also make sure you don't use a responsive form so the checkbox rows don't wrap.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
