IT'S WORKING! *happy dance*

The error was occurring because the client emails were on an exchange server. The web form builder works great as long as the "TO" and "FROM" emails are valid on the server that the files reside on.

Using any external emails requires some manipulation. My server tech support says: "Contact scripts using external emails should be set to use SMTP authentication, port 2525 and the Outgoing connections manager tool of your account control panel should be disabled via the Advanced tab of the panel main screen."

But making any of those changes is not something I wanted to try after all this frustration so I did a workaround. The form doesn't show what emails the results go to so it didn't matter that I put the files on another domain (mine). Changed the "TO" email and left the "FROM" blank. Works like a charm.

Or you can always use "S-Drive"

If any of the above is confusing, welcome to the club! CUZ IT WAS FOR AWHILE... but now it works!

Hi,

This is related to bonairerentacar.com forms (9)

I get the following errorrs

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to send an email to "name@domainname.com".
Failed to send an email to "name@domainname.com".

For several reason I moved servers. I moved the website to Siteground. The web forms worked on my previous server. My mail goes through Google Apps.

I have contacted support and they are not able to help me. Any suggestions

Any help would be so much appreciated, Marijke
