I am using Web Form Builder, VSD and the S-Drive. On the form there is an "attach file" field. The message part of the form comes though but not the attached file does not....any suggestions?
I checked the csv, not sure if I need to use CSV or PHP... thanks

Looking at the form on S-Drive, I don't show you have enabled those options. You may want to double-check those options are indeed enabled. If you still run into a problems, open a support ticket and send us your .fb file and we will look at what is going on.
