I am not sure if this has been done yet, but I thought it would be interesting to start a thread about resources people are using that have been helpful. I am constantly wondering if there are books out there that might help with a particular issue I am encountering. you would think all books are created equal, but they are not. I am oftentimes surprised at how bad or incorrect some of them are.

Let me begin by asking a question: does anyone have a really good resource on SEO, that would be helpful? Most that I have looked at seem so theory based, not sure how applicable they actually are.

I would start with arguably the source of all things SEO: Google itself. Just Google for "google seo guide" and the first hit will be a 22-page PDF document they publish on the topic. Who else would know more?

Perfect. Thanks for the idea.
