Keep in mind people that Coffeecup advertises their software using phrases like: "the best part is you don't have to know any code. Just put in your e-mail address and upload the files !" Then we buy and use the software and issues arise that we can't figure out without knowing CODE!.

Furthermore, I recently sent tech support an email asking for help and they didn't even respond. So if we pay our hard-earned money in this economy for a program that is supposed to work and doesn't, don't get pissy about us getting pissy.

I've never gotten an email response either, but the response was given. I just had to go to My Question History in the Customer Help Center.

Hi. I see this is your first post in the forum. Many people use this forum to ask questions and get help. If you are having a problem with the software, you could post your questions here. Please remember to name the program, your operating system and be specific about what the problem is.

Sometimes the answers from tech support go to the 'junk' folder of the users email program. Check there, and also you can log into the Software Support Center link (near the top of this page)and there is a link to view any questions you have submitted, along with the reply from tech support. If your reply is not there, let us know in the forum and we might be able to find out why.

If we suggest that a little 'code' might help, that does not mean that the program won't work without it. Some servers are set up differently, and need a little code help a program along.

kb59,

Check with Comcast. You may want to setup your email with Comcast to see what they are actually screening from your email. I have found that Comcast screens TOO MUCH of my wanted email.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
