Just wondering if the system allows two different people to have the same forum name?

I wouldn't think so but have seen one that is the same except that one starts with a capital and the other doesn't.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

This could be a way to tell the difference between "tom" and "Tom".

Direct a post at each one, suggesting they use tables for page layout.
The capital-letter Tom will go into a coughing fit!
