lol and what's the mad about Tommy? Sounds like you bought the wrong one and now realize you need the pro version? That's why we always tell people to buy the pro version instead of the basic version right from the start. At this point (years after the initial release of the 2 programs) there is no "upgrade" setup anymore. They are different programs, not upgrade setups, one is just more feature packed than the other, but the Pro version is not an "upgrade" to the basic version.

Basically said, you'll have to buy it unless you can convince the CC team to swap it out for you. That is something you will have to discuss with them, not something to discuss here on the user to user forum where no one here can assist you with that, sorry.

Please open a support ticket with the CC team and see what they will do for you. Good luck on it. Jo Ann

When did you make your purchase? Often if it's within a day or so CC will change it for you so you can pay the diff. If so open a support topic. I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's so easy to overlook something your not looking for.

We can't always have what we want now can we? I would suggest losing the attitude if you want people to help you or if you expect CC to respect your wants and needs. There are 2 programs for a specific reason, it's not all about how they can rip you off sheesh. The basic version is for single shop owners that are not planning to make more than one shop for the most part. The Pro version, while having a lot more features which work well for single shops too, was given the ability to have multiple shop setups in it for people that create more than one shop. It's basically like a Lite version and Pro version and no different than 100's of other software companies do at a much larger price scale.

If you just recently purchased it, talk with the CC people by putting in a support ticket. No one on the "usesr to user" forums can help you with that. Good luck on it. Jo Ann

I don't think that the car dealer will take back your nearly new car, without overdrive, electric mirrors, heated seats, and electric sunroof, because you decided to buy the basic model instead.

And i guess upgrading all those parts will cost a darn site more than the difference in price between the basic and the top of the range model.

At least with CC you had the option to try both before you bought either. Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, sales close to £100,000 from my SCCP & SCDP shop to date, Enjoying semi-retirement

Scott,

Did you try writing in gibberish, as "this person" did on the forum? His second post would be unintelligible if not for the thread's previously established context. There are limits, my friend, limits. halfnium -AT- alum.mit.edu
