BTW - If you want to make it an add-in that you can purchase like paypal, google, etc. I would be willing to kick in some extra $$ to have this feature. It would greatly enhance the usablity/flexibility of the software.

Thanks,
Craig

I agree an option to bypass paying by credit card is a must. We are are rugby club and our players/members would like to place their order online through the shopping cart.
They tend to come into the club collect the item ordered and pay by cheque or some have a monthly account with us.

Also a simple form form of inventory control is a must for next release.
Just a simple flat file with the product and a field qty in stock. On oerder confirmation reduce stock by qty ordered. If stock is zero display a message OUT OF STOCK.

Let me cast my vote for an offline - send in the check - option for purchases. I have had a site online for a number of years - using Zen. It is a royal pain and since I love the CC software - I grabbed the cartmaker. I also love the idea that I can be in control - and the simplicity of it (not in real need of inventory monitoring or any of those tools). The pay by check option covers about 20% of my sales. A simple link on the invoice page would suffice - send an email to buyer & store.

Or: maybe the ability to manipulate the pages a little more closely.

All in all: great product. :)

I tried to print out the invoice page on some of the sites I know using this software - and the format is not at all controlled - so simply printing the page is not a real option. In addition, the shipping costs are not shown at that stage either (at least on the ones I tried). Maybe a subroutine can be added formatting the info and emailing the info to the buyer and seller.

Casting my vote as well. If it doesn't have this option, we will not be able to use the software.

When CC resolves the above mentioned issues I'll gladly purchase their shopping cart software as around 80% of my sales will be local and frankly I'm not a fan of paypal/feebay.
Hope to hear good things in the near future.

Casting my vote as well for this option! I create websites for local sports teams and this option would be terrific for allowing me to build shops for the many clothing and other fundraisers they have without having to collect payments.

I also need offline sales and COD. Having problems now because I only have PayPal for payments.
Also need to have a way to have Australia prices (GST included) or offshore sales (No GST included)
Otherwise the software is not too bad, really easy to set up and upload.
Some say it can't be done, while others are doing it.

Yes please count me in as well, just so the customer can email or ring their wants and the credit card can then be done off line or telephone.
