I wonder if any one has found a way to hide the calculations from show in the the cart. I feel this is confusion to the customer AND detracts from the otherwise professional finish of a fine piece of software.

I have to say that the more transparency there is in a sales operation...the easier it is to allow your potential customers to follow the process, thus avoiding possible confusion.
But maybe my view is biased by living in a country where there is far too little financial transparency!!!

However, I believe all that is hard coded into the application and cannot be removed. The only thing I wonder is if different themes might present the information a bit differently? Have you tried that?

David I removed the image tags of your links. I'm not sure why you did your post that way, and my security software was triggered for your domain and blocked your site so I haven't gone there even to see since I'm leary about it now.

Anyways, if there's a reason you put your links in image tags and not made them clickable please let us know.

Jo Ann THANK YOU FOR KILLING my post. You confirm that CC's programing is far too basic & there is no understanding of what is needed in the real world.

I did it that way as it was the only way I could post the images. If you can show me how to attach a file using the lower attach a file option I (and a lot of other forum members) would love to know.

As far as the security of my web site, it is hosted by one of americas top hosting companies so it is VERY VERY safe to visit.

It's about every item having the same PRICE for every different size. The calculation showing as a PLUS even if it is MINUS!!! It is to me rather confusing the only good thing is that the product price for each size in the end is correct—just a very messy unprofessional looking result on an other wise very professional looking site

Just click on the "Attach a File(after previewing only)" after you preview your post.

It's a little basic but it works.;)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

aussiedavid...at this point it would probably be a good idea to add your suggestion into the software suggestion thread. That is where the CC team is most likely to look when they want to check what the users are asking for in the application.

Yup, They really need to put a note about the 100k limit next to it. I didn't get from your post that you knew to click on the Attach a file. Did it ever give you errors before the last time?
