Has the 3 months already started immediately after purchase or do I need to actually activate it first before the clock starts ticking? It may be a few weeks before I can even look at it then try to figure out if it's even useful for me, as it's a busy period for me right now. What happens when the 3 months trial is up, I noticed you still have my credit card on file from the Pro Pack purchase. Are you going to automatically start making monthly charges? How do I cancel before then if I decide I don't want it?

I think you need to open a support ticket rather than ask this on the user to user forum. Mostly the forums help with issues that people need help with to make things work for coding, vsd and images etc. Account information is not known to the other users so you need to speak to the CC team. You can do that by going to the top menu and click the little arrow to the right of the word Account on the far right. Then click Your Support Room and open a Support Topic. Good luck
