My first question is why was the last question not answered about multiple clients? It seems to me to be a fundamental question and before I buy the new version I'd like to see an answer.
I previously used the old version of form builder and good as it was it had certainly outlived it's usefulness but I agree with previous comments, it seems as though Coffee Cup has made a business decision to cash in on 'the cloud' and tried to discourage self hosting.
Having tested the new version I was excited to get signed up and start using the product but I'm a web designer not a developer. I use the very excellent WordPress to build websites for clients as opposed to HTML pages therefore need something that works effectively with that with everything hosted in the same place. I'm comfortable with FTP but when using a database driven system putting script in headers etc is not so straightforward nor is uploading files to the 'same folder as your form page' as the pages are in the database.
It would be great to hear some feedback on these issues. Am I missing something?
Thanks, Gerry

All you need to do is add multiple File Upload buttons to your form. You can add as many as you wish. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Thanks for that Scott, but is there a way to select multiple files from the once upload button as the advertising suggests (seeing it actually says 'at once')? My clients may need to upload up to 15 files?
It says 'Multiple files can be uploaded at once'

Each upload has to be uploaded by clicking on the button. There is no way to select 15 files at once. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

You can have your users zip their files up into one file. Put the instructions on your form. It's a simple selection of the files then right click and then click send to zip.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's so easy to overlook something your not looking for.

Now it seems it won't attach the upload to the email notification? Is there another glitch with this software I don't know about yet?

Glitch? Those are fighting words!
For each upload button you add to your form, go to the Properties Tab and check the appropriate options.
If that does not help, there is a permission issue on your server. With an FTP client, change the permissions of the Storage folder to 755 and try again. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~
