It will actually work with Opera as well, but whether IE or Opera, it only works with pages rendered in quirks mode which is another reason to not bother with it.

That's right. I forgot about the quirks mode problem with colored scrollbars. That's why I stopped doing it. Didn't want to be thought as quirky.
