photo color schemer does not brings up the new windows, it just opens and stays behind the photo color schemer .

but you can move the new windows on behind the photo color schemer and select the desire photo, but very inconclusively .

Good catch. I have this confirmed here as well and I will log this into our bug tracking system. While you are waiting for the update, you can move the image Open dialog box around so that you can click on the image and then click open.
