If you go to the Norton Security you can change the software protection. This seemed to work

I had the same problem, running as admin worked but I had to open each time as admin. my fix was to find the application icon in the coffeecup folder, right click to preferences and and manually change to run as admin. from this point on .... no problems. thank you all for your prev. posts.
