I'm testing Direct FTP 6.9 trial - When I attempt to connect to a server (I've tried several system i/as400) I never see the directory contents but sometimes I get the error below and sometimes there is no error. I can upload from coffeecup html editor to these servers and I have verified that the server set up is the same. I've checked the logs on the server and there are no errors with security or connection types. I've verified setups, and that I can connect and FTP using a different FTP tool. Passive mode is set to auto. Is there a log file on Direct FTP that would indicate the point of failure?

Royce, have you 'Googled the error'?

What you did here was setup an S-Drive connection and not an FTP. Click Servers then the Green + icon. Here you configure the account.
