Finally finished rebuilding my site after loosing everything. Now I can't get the site uploaded!! I have set up my ftp but when I try to upload, I get an error. "Error while uploading, the program could not create a catalog." I have tried testing the connection. I get
Testing server and Logon... OK
Testing folder creation... OK
Testing uploads... ERROR
I am running out of hair!! Please help!

You da man, James (and Scott). That worked.
There was already a file of the same name (xceedft.dll)in my
system32 dir and it was newer but I replaced it anyways.
