Hello, new to Coffeecup so apologise if this is obvious!

I have created a new webpage www.w4pilates.co.uk
My previous site was created on NVU - changes and uploads appeared instantly with my old site.

First question: - by uploading the new site using coffeecup, I am assuming that it would over-write the old one? or do I need to delete this somehow?

It appears that I can successfully upload my new VSD site but nothing appears on the web?
I have changed the WWW options to those suggested on this forum but still no success. (webroot etc)

If a webpage is uploaded, (also did re-index) -should it appear instantly?

I am using Windows Vista. VSD 5.9.4

Any ideas?

I should point out - the 'under construction' page is the old site from NVU. I am using 123-reg for my ftp and have checked and double checked username and passwords - all ok.
