I have been running VSD for a long time with no problem. It only runs a short time now before closing with this error. I am running Windows XP:

"child killed segmentation error"

How are you closing the application? Do you use a keyboard short cut, File/Exit or the X in the upper right hand corner?

Thank you for your reply. I closed in on what causes the problem a bit. This happens when I try to create multiple successive links with the link box open.(e.g. create a link to text by selecting the page from the drop down menu and repeat this.) If I create a link, close this box, reopen it and create another link, I don't get this error.
