Did you make a page in VSD named countrystore And did you upload it with VSD? There's one in your files directory. You should not place things in this directory. This directory is for VSD's use only.

When you make a page with VSD all you have to do is make it and then hit the publish button. Don't add it to your site. VSD will build all the directory structure that's needed. The only time you add files to your site is when your building pages that require outside libraries such as JQuery slide shows and such. Then you would add the files necessary for the slide show but you would not add the page just the files to support the slider. Go to "Edit" then "Remove files". Now browse that list and see you see the countrystore.html listed in there. If it is delete it. Delete any other .html pages in there.

Yes, I did both of these things.
I didn't see any .html pages when I went to "remove files"
I can't find anything in the public_html folder that is different for any of the pages. I've re-synced the site.............but still cannot see that page.

Thought I had it figured out...........the page ID and page title were different.........the page ID said "shop"...I changed it but still no page..............

OK...........I got it.........stupid mistake on my part!!! I put .com instead of .org when I linked it on the menu..............grrrrrr....thanks for taking time to look at this.
