I just purchased vsd 7 and did not download it at time of purchase... I had to uninstall a earlier version ., where can I find my download again?

To download VSD, please go to Your Purchases from within your account. Once the software list appears scroll down to the section Software You Own then click the "download" button next to VSD to install.

If you had already purchased the program before (which I am assuming you did from your comment of needing to uninstall a previous version) you should open a ticket to tell them to refund your recent purchase as I don't believe there have been any paid upgrades to that program as of yet.
