It’s true! You can get our software on your Mac.

We’re about to drop 3 sweet apps for OS X, but we need diligent testers to run the gamut on them and give us feedback before their final full-price releases. Sign up for a chance to be one of the lucky ones that gets to try ’em out first.

Web Editor

Come take the HTML-CSS-Preview round trip to see why this powerful editor is earning accolades from web gurus already. And when you’re done with the easy stuff, stick around to code PHP, Javascript, Ruby—even C++, with code completion and syntax highlighting for each language. It’s a bit of a wonder, really: A stripped-down, no-nonsense editor that’s still got everything you’re looking for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you charging for the beta?

There’s two really good reasons for that. First, these aren’t half-baked betas—they’re fully functional apps that haven’t been released to the public yet. Second, you’ll get to upgrade to the final release at no extra cost, so you save a ton of money by jumping in now!

Why is access to the beta restricted?

If you’ve read our “About” page or joined our annual egg hunt, you already know that we’re not shy of a joke or two. But when it comes to our products, we’re dead serious and have high standards. We can’t let everyone in on the betas, so don’t feel bad if you don’t get into the program at first.

How much will these programs eventually cost?

Each time we release an update (about every 4–6 weeks), the beta price will increase until we reach the final (proposed) pricing. We’re talking $69 for the Web Editor and $39 each for Web Form Builder and Web Image Studio.

When can I get in?

We’ll let more people in after each update, which we’re planning to release in 4–6 week cycles for each app. But hey, if you share our OS X beta program on Twitter or “Like” us on Facebook, we’ll probably bend the rules for you.

What’s so great about using the betas?

In return for helping us out, you get a fully-functional app, potential prizes for giving especially helpful feedback, and the satisfaction of knowing that you helped make those products the best that they could be.

How long ‘til the final product is out?

That depends. Sometimes a full release will follow in weeks, but it’s usually a few months to tidy up the code. We’ll keep you in the loop so you know what to expect and where to get your updates.
