Greetings from Dixie.
I'm a complete beginner here but very eager and determined to learn. Of all the tools I've sampled, Coffee Cup is clearly the best thing going for this novice. I've been plunking around in themes making little changes here and there then switching from the code tab to preview tab to see what happens. Lots of little A-Haaa moments. I've actually even published a teeny little page with a count down timer on it for my "gang" that's meeting up on the gulf for vacation. I used the Seaside theme My friends think I'm brilliant HA! Now, I just have to learn how to create a whole website before vacation time so we can update from the beach. Great product and I'm having fun learning!

Welcome to CoffeeCup Trish. It's great to hear people having fun with their software. It won't be long and you'll be knocking out pages with little effort. CoffeeCup truly does make it easy to make websites.

Hey Guys,
Just been looking through the forums for some eggs (surprise surprise) and I found this post (no eggs...shoot) so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I started by making a site for a friend at work for his Scouting District, which took abit of time as I'd not made any site for about 6 years! I started using Dreamweaver as it was the 'norm' thing to use. (naive i know) After I'd made my site I ran into a problem. The hosting company he used didn't support Firefox for uploading files! Instead of downloading IE () I started looking for an FTP client. Google pointed me towards here. And thank God it did! The FTP client was the 1st of many programs I've tried!
As soon as I saw the HTML editor I downloaded it. After a few days of messing about I bought It. And it is far easier than Dreamweaver. The support I've had aswell is tremendous! I am now hooked for life on this site!
So heres to CoffeeCup and to my many sites (hopefully) that will follow!
Cheers,
Simon

I'm a hobby-programmer. I've used CC software since the good stuff was free. I write (or modify) simple PHP and javascripts, too.
http://www.gspikers.com/
I won Visual Site Designer in the egg hunt but passed it up. I like to see the code and I once saw the source of a page written in Front Page. For every element displayed, there were 3 or 4 that the programmer lost track of and pushed around, emptied, or covered some how. What-a-mess!
I later won a surprise egg for software but was unable to get anything selected that didn't go into a cart to buy. I'm sick of looking at CC pages and fed up with the egg hunt. I wasted too much time. I'm going back under my rock.

Hi; I have been using Website Access Manager for the last 3 years, its the only CC software I use as I am a Serif Webplus x4 user and html/css/php writer.
Just wanted to say hi. Check out my latest site http://tidsytots.co.uk
I am looking for the eggs but alas they evade me. I shall prevail.

Hi all...I'm a newbie, just getting started so the forums are great. Love the software (good work coffeecup crew!!!). Just a couple weeks and my site is starting to form (www.villa-skakavac.com). That's a 'before' look...we'll see what I can make out of it!
Hey I'm new here I just bought the web form builder from coffee cup about 3 days ago. I'm sure I will become very familiar with this forum very quickly as I just started playing around the software. Overall my first impression on my first purchase is really good.
I also have my eyes on the website management software but I haven't decided if or when I'm going to get that. Also I was curious are the websites I see posted in the forums by different users created with coffee cup software?
Look forward to hearing from you all thanks!

Hi Allen. I would say 99.9% of the sites you find linked in this forum were created with or had content added to them by CoffeeCup software. Remember to utilize the fully functional trial software that CC offers for all their programs. Don't try to do to many trials at once so you can really focus on one at a time to get comfy with it.

Hi, my name is Linda, and I live near Wichita, Kansas. I've lived here for about 11 years now. Moved here in 2001, in May, from Minnesota. While living there, I heard from my High School Sweetheart, and though it took us 30 years, we got married in Nov. of 2001. Which is why I am living in Kansas.
The temperatures are cold for the time of year, but, its ok by me for now.
I love my CoffeeCup software. I've had it for a couple of years, and for some reason, just discovered its wonders. Much like myself I suppose. At 58, I've decided its time to chase my dreams, and CoffeeCup is helping me do that with their software, and their S-Drive and the store I will be putting up on their site.
I'm thankful for the people, and the software, and all the people who have shared. It's inspired me to move on, and live large!!
