Hi, I'm looking for a free html editor and at first I thought this had a free version but then I'm seeing a trial version so I'm kind of confused.

That's correct. The free version lets you test all features of the Editor for a limited amount of time. It then becomes the free version. If you want those features back , support us and purchase the software.
