Thanks, Jo Ann. I suggested to my client to translate it. By the way, it means 'general practice'.

Looks nice John! Good job.

Most of the pictures seems to be clickable, but when I click the only thing happening is the picture loads again. After a closer look I found they are slideshows and in the middle of a slideshow, a click will bring you back to the first picture. Maybe you can make the slideshows so that you can click to the next/previous picture, it would make more sense to me.

Other then that it looks really nice with great pictures.

Greetings from a fellow dutchman.

Erik.

It's a beautiful site, John!

The overall aesthetics of the site is very much in tune with its subject matter. The strong emphasis on horizontal lines and low profile could have come straight out of a Frank Lloyd Wright text book!

I like the first five photo galleries from the top menu. The frame-less images that smoothly fade-in and fade-out blend in very nicely with the overall clean, minimalist design. The only thing that I find jarring is the large, rectangular, white text box. For me it draws far too much attention away from the main thing, which is the image itself.

The last gallery, 'Specials', however, violates much of what is so perfect with the first five. What I find most disconcerting is (1) The violent transitions of exploding images, (2) the frame that suddenly appears and does not seem to belong, (3) the small text boxes in the lower left that look out of place and jump/bounce into position; - they are the only objects on the entire site with rounded corners! - why?
I have to assume that there is some kind of rationale for using the WOW slider for the 'Specials' gallery, but frankly, I don't see it!
What I do like about this gallery, though, is the arrows and hover-to-pause features.

My favorite gallery of the lot is the '@work' one. Truly minimalist and consistent with the - for me - main qualities of the site: no frames, no 'explosions', no bouncing text blocks, no jarring, white text blocks...
I like the image from the Champs Elysée with the happy-looking, drawing-carrying lady in the center! This may be partly because I used to work in an office just around the corner from where the picture was taken and it brings back memories...

Some of my comments notwithstanding, it is still a beautiful site, John!
Congratulations!

Per,

Thanks for your positive criticism. I've changed the 'specials' slideshow.

Hi, Everyone.

I'm still a stranger in a strange land but working on these three all with CoffeeCup:

It's probably time for a good panning now to help me step up my game (please)!

I've just bought the new ccsitemapper with design module which will probably be the next stage in the project(s) once I've learned how to use it (there's not much danger of alsheimer's around here, is there?).
