Can't install this product!

I got this as part of a bundle recently, but can't get it to install. After I've installed it I get a message box (windows 7) saying that this product may not have installed properly, even if I click the button to say it has, in fact, installed properly, the program doesn't show on my PC. What's wrong?

Have you tried downloading it again from CC and installing from the new download, just in case the other download had an error Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, I have had appx £16,000 of sales from my SCCP & SCDP shop to date, Enjoying semi-retirement

Try this.:)
1. Right-click the shortcut icon, and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Here, put a check mark by Run This Program as an Administrator.
4. Next, put a check mark next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For: and ensure Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 is selected.
5. Click OK. I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.

I still can't get this to install. I've tried using the compatability thing in Windows 7, but the program goes through all the installation process, but is not there to use at the end of it. Help?

Are you logged on as the admin when doing the install? It's also a good idea to shut down any anti virus. I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.
