Theme question

I would like to know if there's a way to check to see which theme was used on a web form. I've looked through the exported files and didn't see any reference to a theme. I'm attaching a picture for the one I'm looking for and hope someone has an answer.

This is the way I would like it to print out the submitted info.

Thanks for any help and I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year,

Ernie

Hi Ernie
I think you will have to make a custom "confirm email" if the settins tab thingy or use "RED" to make one (if you have :RED that is

once you have made your form

Wayan,

The forms I had used to print out like the picture and all I did was use a different theme. I'll look into creating a custom print out for the forms. Thanks for the suggestion.

BTW, my wife's tumor is now flat scare tissue. She just has a little fluid build up and we go back on Jan 3rd for another scan.

I can't help with identifying which theme, but I wish you and your wife a happy Christmas and an uneventful new year!

Usually I keep forms and website updates way to long. I've looked and can't find my backups. I have one other place to look and hope they are on my external drives.

The original post mentions that the exported files are available. The name of the theme is usually referred to in the form's header code. In Firefox I press Ctrl+u on the keyboard to see the code.

For example, if a form uses the 'Be Happy' theme the following is shown in the header code:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="theme/behappy/css/default.css?version=704" id="theme" />

Frank,
I use Chrome and all that Ctrl + U does is bring up the source code which doesn't show the code for the web form.
I did find out that there is a folder in the exported files named "theme". I found a backup from mid year that gives the output that is what my client wants. However when I used that theme it doesn't output like before.

I put a custom html email form together last night and it works Fine. Thank you for mentioning that Wayan or I would have not know we can do that. A little bit of OMG hand coding and it works great.

I found that info by going to the Help tab in web form builder and the info was in the emails and notifications section.

Thank you everyone for the help,

Ernie

I'm going to ask this in this thread because it is about something in my custom notification email.

I like to have IP addresses sent with the form results. I couldn't find any hidden fields to use for that in Web Form Builder. I did look through the code in the Notification Tab but couldn't find anything about IP addresses.

Can someone point me in the correct direction so I can add this function to my custom code?

Thanks for any help,
Ernie
