Hi All -

I'm trying to pre-populate a dropdown on my form via a url string - something like:
https://www.website.com/form?dropdown1=answer1

I saw a few threads that said they'd figured it out, but no one posted a solution. Can anyone help me out?

I came here looking for that same answer. Your example looks pretty straight forward. I hope it is. :)

I guess it wasn't that easy.

I tried http://www.domain.com/dir/sample.html?Record=17

Where 'Record' is the "Name" property of the field I wanted to populate. Would you please link any documentation on how to pass pre-populated field values via a URL?

Thank you for any direction you can offer.

I never put any more work into the instruction because the user never confirmed that it was what they were looking for. Give me a few.;)

Eric, I too am looking to pass variables from a URL string; tried your http://ericrohloff.com/coffeecup/ccforu … etvar_url/ page but it did not pass the variable? Is there something else needed for that to work?
