This is from the broken form page? I get this same message from both forms, working one and non. That is really weird.

I would reexport your form and delete the old one off the server manually then republish.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I have re-uploaded the form and am attaching screenshots of the 2 files referenced.

Okay, here I go again ... your 'form' works fine. How it is implemented on your web page appears to be the problem. Eric may be able to help you out here, but I'd ditch the iframe and see if you can just link to the form page.

It appears to be working fine now. I just tested it.

Doesn't work for me! Sure you tested the 'bad' form site?

Gunsmoke is correct in the fact that the form does work fine. It's a server issue but only on this cpanel not account wide. I can install this on any other cpanel on the vps and it's fully functional. The thing is I have not done anything to this cpanel configuration nor do I have root access to do it.

If you open the form page and don't use the iframe it does indeed work. http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/ … enver.html

I need to know why the form says the files aren't found embedding it in a page.

I really appreciate the help with this. My server knowledge is limited and it's certainly that which is the problem.

I suspect you uploaded to the wrong directory but have not had time to investigate. I'm kind of off and on right now. What do you mean
It's a server issue but only on this cpanel
cPanel is a utility to access your server, not an area of the server. Far as I know anyway. (and that's not far!) You do not have a 'server' problem. Since the form works directly, your server is configured just fine. The problem is that the website is not finding the files where it thinks they should be. Your website is located here... http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/request-quote.html
The file gardner_denver.html and the directories and files created by WFB need to be uploaded to the same server directory http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/. Since I get a 'file not found' error there, it is not. Ah! You uploaded to http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/gardner_denver/. That should be why it is not working. Move the files to http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/ and it should work.

I am saying I can upload this same website to any other cpanel I have in my VPS account but the newly created cpanel will not work.

Here is the same set of files (website form, etc.) on a different cpanel. Works fine. http://ecowebdesign.net/testform/request-quote.html

This on the new cpanel I created does not.
This new cpanel gives the error. http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/ … quote.html

I need to figure out what is not working when I create a new cpanel and use this form. Permissions seem correct. The sessions test Eric show me says sessions is not enabled. Gunsmoke can you check this? http://www.airengineering.biz/testform/ … essiontest

I show:
PHP Sessions:

Sorry, sessions don't appear to work on this server. FormBuilder won't work without them.

Here's a link to the website files to see they are in the correct place. http://chilp.it/6fb5bf
