Long Label Text

Hello, sorry if this has been covered, I did a quick search but nothing came up for it.

Here is my question, if you have a long label, for example "Tell us what kind of website you would like to have" and you receive the form in your email, it is formatted like:

Tell us
what kind
of
website
you would
like to
have

Is it not possible to have the form data field how you want it displayed, such as "Website Type" sort of an abbreviated type, for ex, in properties you can have Label: and Label Data:, so you identify it when it is received, these long labels especially if you have many questions make the form received awful looking. Hope you understand what I'm getting at.

I know there is a workaround such as adding a text label element, then using another Element below it as a shorten label but it doesn't look to appealing.

Have you tried just adding a text element, Below that you could have a drop down or one of the other choice elements. Even take advantage of the new html element. Or even redirect to a script to give any output back to user.
