I just spoke to my Data center, and they don't know what you mean by..... Permissions are not set correctly on the storage folder and the scripts cannot write to that location, either.
Can you be more specific?

The file path you displayed in your previous message:

var/www/vhosts/shadetreewebsiteservices.com/httpdocs/ContactForm/storage

The folder called storage need to have the permissions set to 755 for that folder and all folders under it.

Wherever you saved them to on your computer.

I saved them to my httpdocs files on my computer.
I have 'ContactForm" & ContactForm_Exported in my httpdocs files.

When I open up Contact Form, I see ContactForm.sb
This is what tries to load for you, but is rejected by the message and wont send.

The file that is needed is the one you open in the software.

Is this what you are talking about?
It's the only thing I can see to copy in the software.

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"ContactForm.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"100%\" height=\"692\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"ContactForm.php\" title=\"ContactForm\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe height="692" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden; width:100%;"
id="fb_iframe" src="ContactForm/ContactForm.html">
<a href="ContactForm.php" title="ContactForm">Check out my CoffeeCup Form</a>
</iframe>
</noscript>

That is the output. I need the project file (the file you open in the software).
