Sounds like your system is not allowing the software to install properly. Try this:

1. Uninstall the software
2. Go to c:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\ and delete the Web Form Builder folder.
3. Go to your Documents/CoffeeCup Software and delete the Web Form Builder folder.
4. Empty your trash
5. Install the software again
6. Right-click on the Web Form Builder icon and select Run As Administrator.

Is there anything about your system that you are not telling us? Are you using virtual machine? Is your documents folder not on C:\? Anything that can help here?

Damned ;-)
It's very difficult (and dangerous) to change the letter of a system drive.
I'll try to install my software on other PC.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Bernard, in a PC the "first" Drive is usually the bootable one. Not making things too difficult note the following; on your PC's motherboard after powering up " the system" recognizes this as the Drive from which the after the power-on button is pressed and the BIOS " steers" the start up is made. This first bootable Drive initializes every piece of connected hardware and the programs installed. ( If you know BIOS settings and only if you know what you are doing - you can check and verify these " boot" settings.) It is usually/commonly [ very basic ] an (E)IDE device, it is ( observable in WIN-XP/Start/Conrolpanel/System/Hardware/Device Manager) Drive 0 (zero) on IDE channel 0 ( zero). This " bootable" drive letter assigned by the system and is always C:, as in ancient times Drive A: and B: were the Floppy Drive(s). Apart from external bootable drives this is the only drive a system ( not dual or triple boot - heh - for the nerds) should be installed on. This drive contains then (WIN/OEM - etc.) device drivers for all hard-ware in the machine. Any hardware manufacturer will recommend installing the drivers and software on THIS drive C: always; as here is where the OS is installed by default. Data can be on other Drives but PROGRAMS always on C:, do you apply a different install ( Non C: OS - or OS on C :and software on another drive) ) and call for help from any hardware or software manufacturer you will get support untill " they" notice that you did not make a " clean " install on C: then support to you is courteously and immediately ended with the recommendation to call back once you have re-installed on Drive C:. Your remark about " changing" the Drive letter from F: to C: is a big no no, drive-letters are assigned by the system !!! If all above has your brain fried, eyes rolling and ears ringing ...a simple solution ( recap): Install your WIN-OS in C:, Chipset - Device drivers as well as all software you have in C:, - - - pour yourself a fresh brew - - - boot up and all should work properly.
PS: Of course you can have more than one bootable drive in a PC, but !!!! Every device-driver from Graphics card to Sound etc. etc. etc should also be installed there then.( so it acts like .....a C: drive) ...this is called a Multi-boot system, for the " Pinguin " lovers e.g.
