Forms on Godaddy Stopped Working

Hi Folks!
I have a form on this site here:
https://atlwheelrepair.com/m/
It is under the Contact Us tab.

When you fill out the form and click submit, it takes some time, but comes back and says:

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Failed to send an email to "brian@atlwheelrepair.com".

This is a sample, I have several websites on Godaddy and the forms all have stopped working with no changes.

I am chatting with GoDaddy and getting no where. What would have caused all of these forms to stop processing?

Thanks for any help!

Note:
I just upgraded to Web Form Builder 2.10 and updated my PHP server settings from 5.6 to 7.3 in hopes that would make a difference. I opened the form and resaved in 2.10, reuploaded...same issue.

Thanks for checking but I didn't see any emails in the error log so not sure what happened. I get an error and my emails show up in the php error log:

Mon, 10 Jul 2023 21:11:50 +0000: Sending PHP mail message failed. (to, from, reply, subject)= [0] brian@atlwheelrepair.com [1] jmnorthey@gmail.com [2] jmnorthey@gmail.com [3] Atlwheelrepair.com Mobile Quote Request

Something has happened and is affecting all my customer website forms. I don't think it is a Web Form Builder issue now...but I don't know what to look for to see if something has changed in GoDaddy that would cause this.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Of the email addresses mentioned in the error log, do all of them go to you? If this guy Brian is someone else, have you asked him if he gets his emails? He obviously has an address created on the domain in question.
I have also experienced issues if I'm using a Gmail address as the recipient address.

That's the thing. This email and others like it have worked with no issue until a week or so ago.
I have 10 sites or more where this all started happening on GoDaddy.
Poof...none of them send emails any more.
What on my GoDaddy account would cause that? I had GoDaddy support on chat yesterday for45 mins. They were not helpful. They were looking into an EMAIL issue (SMTP) and kept talking about WordPress.
At any rate...I am trying to see what could have happened on my GoDaddy account that would make all of my hosted sites do this. Any ideas?

Just musing on the basis of my experience mentioned in the penultimate paragraph below ...

Perhaps the error message wording may be misleading. Wayan got a confirmation email, and that suggests that the problem may not be in the ability to send, but in the ability of an intended recipient to receive successfully because of
(a) some block in the network route to the intended recipient or
(b) some block in the computer of the intended recipient.

I mention item (a) because at times we can send emails to everyone else except one particular friend. We traced (I forget exactly how, but I guess I found a method via a search engine) that there was a server in the network route which was set up with some security software that regularly blacklisted mail from one of the servers of our internet service provider (ISP)*. The fact that we could send successfully to others using our ISP's server suggested the problem was near the friend's end of the network route. The quick solution when that happened was using a VPN for the sending of emails to that friend. If that is the cause of Jared's problem it may just be a matter of waiting for the block to be lifted or changing the email provider.

Regarding item (b), It seems possible that something has changed in Jared's firewall or antivirus facilities that is blocking receipt of the emails from the particular sending server. If so, changing the settings just might do the trick.

Frank

* Perhaps because someone was using it improperly for bulk emailing.

I have an update on the issue but I wanted to clear something up.

The email that I used for the form was to test it out. It doesn't matter where the email came from, it didn't generate either A) Notification email or B) Confirmation email (Auto Reply). The error logs show the failed emails.

Now what I did in the case of https://atlwheelrepair.com/ & https://atlwheelrepair.com/m/ was to rebuild the form from scratch...totally new form.

The form now works on this site...however when I rebuilt the form for this site: https://lakeweissfishingguide.com/
it still did not work, even with a new form.

Both of these sites are hosted on MY Godaddy account...very strange.

So what I did was create a test form here: https://lakeweissfishingguide.com/page14.html

If you enter your email address on this form...it works, I will get a notification and you should get a confirmation.

Now, If I add additional elements to this form...it errors out.

I am at a loss...
