Arranging the elements in a form

I am having great difficulty with a form. I have 3 headings, one at 50%, one at 25% and a third at 25%. I then have 3 columns below the headings with the same settings. It looks perfect in the design area, but when I preview or upload the files to my server, I get a single column down the left side with all of the elements. They are not divided 50, 25, 25. I have played with different settings to no avail. I have tinkered with the html, again, no help. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you upload your .fb file to some location so I can look at it?

I don't see anything wrong here:

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling?

No, I have not done a reinstall.

I uploaded the files to my server and checked with IE and Firefox. Both gave the same display as the preview. It would seem if there were an installation problem, you would have seen the same results as I did. I did access the server from my wife's computer and the view from her computer was the same as mine.

So........I did as you suggested. When I went to remove the program and reinstall it, I actually found that it was listed twice. Both appeared identical, so I removed both of them. I then installed WFB again. I checked add/remove programs to make sure, and there was only one instance of the program. I opened the file that I sent you and all appeared well. I did a preview and again all appeared well. So I saved it again, just to make sure everything was in sync.

I uploaded the files to my server, but it did the same thing as before. I finally wiped everything from the server, and uploaded again. This time all was correct. I am still not sure what happened. Even if the double installation was a problem, you would have thought that the file I sent you would have displayed incorrectly for you as well.

Regardless of the cause, I appreciate your prompt (as always) assistance. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!

As a side note, and possibly part of the original problem, I want to make sure that I am uploading the correct files. When the files are exported for manual upload, there is a folder that says, in this case, OrderForm_exported and OrderForm.fb. If you open the file: OrderForm_exported, there is a file that says OrderForm and OrderForm.php. The contents of the OrderForm_exported is what gets uploaded to the server, is this correct?
