Hi everyone!

I would like to take some of my old VHS home videos and put them on DVD. I do have a actual VHS player thing & all the cables & stuff, just not the software.

Can anyone recommend an EASY TO USE software program?

THANKS!

I've used most of the AVS4You programs and they work, are economically priced (especially if you buy the bundle which gives you life time free updates - sound familiar?)
The documentation is a bit sucky and incomplete but it's not tough to trial and error you're way through.
I had a bad experience with a Magix video product about a year+ ago. It didn't work, smeared itself all over my computer, and took time to clean up. Returned to Best Buy who said all they sold had been returned. THEN I checked the reviews on Amazon. Boy did I get that one backwards. Product was drowning in bad reviews...to which I added.
Magix has a bunch of products though and they can't all be bad. Check the reviews FIRST...:D

McShay, thanks for the info. I'll definitely read reviews before buying.

Have a great weekend!

If you are on a Mac, there are also some great alternatives out there too. The Apple Store has quite a few hardware components just for that purpose.
