Easy. Coffeecup can provide you with fantastic software at a reasonable price.
You have to create and publish the web site yourself.
Most users on this forum are just like you. We do not work for Coffeecup. :cool:

Description: News, Events, Video and other items of interest to Republican activists in the Groton, Massachusetts area. To keep things fresh, the site is a little bit different every time you visit it.

Tools Used: Mostly CC HTML Editor and Color Schemer, though I've bought the entire CC product catalog because I have enjoyed CC's approach to customer support and so want to encourage them. I can also highly recommend the MODX CMS/CMF (http://www.modx.com), which organizes the site's 2000 or so documents. Also highly recommended: Apache Friends' XAMPP allows hosting a development copy of the site on both Windows and Linux.

Authors / Team: So far, just me.

The decent page loads are due to the excellent, fine-grained caching system that the CMS provides.

I adapted the site's fluid layout from a three-column canonical example included with the CC HTML editor. (Worth the price charged for the Editor all by itself, IMHO.) It's a little outdated now, should be done over in HTML5. However, it gets the job done, and I'm delighted to find that it's usable on smart-phone screens, despite having been built in pre-iPhone days.
