My girlfriend actually picked up some fresh catnip from the farmers market a couple of weeks back so we had a good time with it for a while. I like to take the ground up catnip and soak his toys in it, lol. Makes for an entertaining day!

@ Jo Ann

I honestly believe that I can get help to learn anything I need to on these forums. That's why I have accumulated over a thousand posts, I actually am learning. Without guidance the world would be chaos, and is that what you want?

Matt, that post was extremely rude. These people have helped you out countless times with no reason other then they simply care enough to do so. Saying what you just did is a big slap in the face. It is a shame that you felt this type of response was necessary.

Hey Matt,

I am sorry you feel this way. We are all here on our own free time to help people with issues that come up with the software. We are not paid by CC to do what we do. We do it because we enjoy helping others out. If you continue you treat people with disrespect you will find that they will not want to help you any longer.

If what I said upset you, that was not the intent. Believe me I do not have a mean bone in my body :) Most of my personal and professional life revolves around helping people out such as yourself so I meant no disrespect.

I wish you all the best man :)

There has been enough said about learning things from scratch here. I also told you about a year ago that you should make some simple site as an excercise, in order to learn basic coding.

The problem is, that without this basic knowledge of html and css you will get completely lost when using a programme that creates a series of css files for you. You won't be able to find what you're looking for unless you know where to look. Clearly, that background colour you want to get rid of is in there, you will find it in one of the css files pertaining to RLM.

This being a school project, I think that Jo Ann is quite right in saying that you should rather learn coding than having a programme doing it all for you. I know nothing about the exam systems at the school you are attending, but if you get questions about how you made this or that, would you be able to answer such questions, other than saying you have a programme that created it for you? I doubt that answers like that will give you an A.

Oh, and BTW, I think you owe Steve an apology.

My thought is that if I had homework and I was lost..I mean totally lost..I would not hesitate to ask on this forum. I would not ask for you to do the homework for me, but to get help in understanding what I didn't know. I remember a few years ago I said that I wanted to learn CSS and everyone on this forum came to the rescue in pointing me in the right directions, and helping me to learn, but the truth was I had to do the work or I wouldn't learn. Doing someone's homework for them and helping them to understand the problem is 2 entirely different things. With that being said, I think everyone understands each others boundaries on here. Also, if I go back to 2004, there was a guy that didn't know squat about web design, and the thing that stood out for me on this forum was the dignity and respect that other people showed me.

To bottom line it:
1) I would help someone with homework, but would NEVER do it for them.
2) Just don't be mean for any reason. If it's bad enough someone will put down the Ban Hammer, but the kindness and acceptance of this forum is what distinguishes it from all the others.
3) If anyone "misspoke" on here, it's time to apologize and move on. There is never anything good from having an adversarial relationship on a forum. Matt and Steve both seem like good people. I think they simply had a misunderstanding, emotions started running high, and something was said that shouldn't have been.

I think, Rod, that is a right assessment of these forums, and I hope they will continue that way! :)
