Hi...I agree..I am trying the website templates..before I pot for the $180 package..don't seem very simple to me...the demo makes it look easy..is there a manual...a set of directions..what to do first..then second..then next? Duh, maybe I am just stupid but something seems to be amiss..not that I want to spend 40-50-60 hours learning Dreamweaver etc.

Any ideas for something really simple for an ole grump man entering new career #8 ....setting up Real Estate website.

HI Troy,
I recently encouraged a friend to buy VSD (he went for the whole package!) to build 2 web sites - one for his ice-cream parlour, and the other for his restaurant. I built the ice-cream one, and meanwhile, he messed about with the restaurant site. I let him use some server space to practice on.
Well, in the week it took me to build his ice-cream site, he had learned enough to build his own restaurant site.
They are both online, and every now and again, he goes in and tweaks a bit as he manages to refine his knowledge.
He had never dreamed of building a web site or using web design software until about one month ago.
So I am quite certain you will have absolutely no problems in getting your head around this incredibly simple and intuitive program.
Go for it!

My version of CoffeeCup Visual Site designer does not seem to have an Add Flash tool. I wish it did. All I have is basic tools on the left side like: Add text, add picture or shapes, etc. I have tried adding the HTML which the jukebox creator produces when I want to save it. But as I stated I really have no idea where this info is supposed to go within the template of my unactivated or non web uploaded website I've created. Its really irritating me that I really have no HTML or script experience. I am just learning through the use of your web designer software.

I love it but now I am frustrated... Is there really supposed to be a Add Flash button? Any other ideas haha.. I feel completely useless... Feel free to call me at 403-554-5691, timeformoore@gmail.com or just respond back on here.

I really appreciate your help!

I do not have any tool box option at the top only from left to right: Files, Edit, Object, View, Window and Help.

Below that from left to right are the icons and tools: Add Page, Delete, Show Page, Page, Object, Link, Fill, Effect, Styles, MouseOver, Send and Preview.

Along the left side from top to bottom are the tools: Arrow Tool, Text Tool, Rectangle Tool, Ellipse Tool, Picture Tool, HTML Tool, Pipette Tool and Chosen Color Tool

I do not see any option to add tools (like flash) in any of these options. Is my software outdated?

Thanks for any further help you can provide.

When you say "your version" are you at the most up to date version? Could be that you just need to download a newer version maybe?

Thanks, yes my version was very old. I have downloaded the current version and am enjoying every bit of it.

Thanks,
